Review on 🔨 Bessey LHS 10: A Reliable 10 Inch Handscrew Clamp for All Your Woodworking Needs by Joshua Paulson

I bought a 10" Bessey wood clamp and received a 10" Pittsburgh clamp. It appears to have been made of fir rather than maple. Overall quality is ok, pretty much what you would expect at this price point, but I paid for Bessey, send me Bessey. I emailed the company asking why I had no bessey and no response. Update: The company sent me a reply, apologizing for the confusion and offering a refund. They tried to get a refund but apparently when you order multiple items on Amazon they all have to come in to get a refund for it to work. I emailed the company (Emerald Coast Distributors) to let them know all my items had arrived and tried to get my money back. You seem to be being honest, but I'll update this as things develop. Like I told you, mistakes happen, what you do next tells everyone who you are.
