Item not as advertised

I specifically ordered these "Bessey LHS-10 10" Wooden Hand Screw Clamps" because I already have Bessey clamps too home. For some reason I got brackets "Jorgensen". Seems well done. I'll keep them because I'm more interested in how they work than the name on the page. I'm just sorry, that I did not receive the ordered product.

Pros
  • Equipped with cross threads for quick clamping and large handles for comfort and torque
Cons
  • Some errors

Ahhh big clips on hand tools

My biggest issue with these clips is that I live in Australia. I only need four of these and only dream of a shelf with a dozen on it. Sometimes your Yanks get lucky. Postage is TAAAAAAA cheap. Well made (although not perfect, surprisingly there are machine marks and improper handling of edges and ends), they're just lovely to use. 101 reasons to use them in your business.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good for the price fits clips

My father in law needed a clip like this to take on a trip to give to his nephew who lives abroad. He wanted Jorgensen, but we couldn't deliver him on time. Compared to his 30 year old Jorgensen, this one is definitely lighter and the metal isn't as good. The holes in the wood aren't that clean, with some rough edges. But other than that it seems to work well and should hold up well. Of course, since we compared to a very old Jorgensen, who knows if their current clips are of the same quality…

Pros
  • clips
Cons
  • Damaged

They didn't send me a "Bessey " clamp

I bought a 10" Bessey wood clamp and received a 10" Pittsburgh clamp. It appears to have been made of fir rather than maple. Overall quality is ok, pretty much what you would expect at this price point, but I paid for Bessey, send me Bessey. I emailed the company asking why I had no bessey and no response. Update: The company sent me a reply, apologizing for the confusion and offering a refund. They tried to get a refund but apparently when you order multiple items on Amazon they all have to…

Pros
  • Power and hand tools
Cons
  • Sparse instructions
