Excellent service, support & guidance
The team at CTI helped us build our new ERP system from scratch which was an extremely complex project to manage given its size and scope.
They were very knowledgeable about their product line and always willing to help out when I needed it most! We have been working closely together for over 5 years now so they've become like family members that we can trust completely. There are no downsides as far as I know but if you're looking for someone who will be there through thick or thin then this may not fit your needs. Our success has increased significantly since implementing CTS's services into our business model.
Pros
- They made sure everything went smoothly with implementation
- The entire transition, configuration setup & training done all in one day
- There is never any problems.
- Great knowledge base portal/articles section available too
Cons
- Can't think off something bad because nothing comes up here unfortunately
- Not really had much experience using them yet..maybe later? :)All good
