"installation" was very difficult. I've seen the video in other reviews like it doesn't mean anything, just put it on and it stays. I pressed so hard and they didn't click. until I pushed hard enough and the plastic part popped out from under the hanger. I thought I broke it but it went in and out just as easily as it looked in the video. So when I cut the other one, I took off the plastic part first and it snapped straight into place. The hangers came in a simple box with no instructions or anything like that.
