Review on HAZARD 4 USA Flag Rubber Patch for Left Arm (R) by Kim Sanchez

Well-made, durable rubber with sewn-on velcro. Easily attaches to operator's cap/tactical cap, bag, etc. 3D means they are shaped in "embossing" (darker areas are recessed and textured. They are flexible enough to conform to the contour of a bow tie which helps with fitting but that's all, will still flatten to the bag stick etc.) The color (black) is nice and muted The actual patch received has a little less contrast between light and dark than shown in the picture.
