Loved the hat right away….great fit and it comes down far over my size 8 head with its deep crown. Only con is that no chin strap was included and no way to contact seller.Update….my bad, found the chin strap in the bag. It was rolled up in a separate little zip baggie….hard to spot. The chin strip has kool tiny little s-clips that attach to the small loops sewn into the head band of the hat!Five star rating and no cons!Second Update: Customer Service must have read my first review before the edit (about missing chin strap) since my next hat order included two chin straps. Oh yeah, I ordered three more of these hats! They are very well made, fit and finish is excellent, the hats are light weight nylon and they compress totally flat for traveling. The XXL size is perfect for my head fit (US Hat Size 8). ThankYou, iSi
