Run CW-C 4 years. I've tried other brands and none compare to the compression and joint support that the CW-X offers. This item has a heavy side for the weight of the fabric and the quality is exceptional. I've used it on several cool to cold weather 15 mile training runs. The support is fantastic. I really like the thigh support in this model. You won't be disappointed with any of the CW-X running tights, but this style has all the benefits of the other CW-X tights with added hip and hamstring support. rub something. For me, the tip is not needed, so I remove it. If you run longer distances or need the best support for your muscles and joints, buy this. A bit pricey but way ahead of other brands I've tried. Worth the extra money. I've only had it a month so longevity has yet to be proven. So far all my other CW-X's have lasted 2+ years with 1-2 runs per week for 5+ miles. This version is hard wearing - I expect it to last slightly longer than average.
