Review on 💡 G.Skill Trident Z RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL18 Memory (F4-3600C18D-16GTZR) by Ryan Morrow

The only RAM brand I have used in my systems is G.Skill. Over the last year I've had an urge to spice up my rig with some proper RGB lighting. I knew this RAM kit would be popular and reliable, so I went with them. Typical of any RAM swap, it was quick and easy and everything worked right away. The RGB strips in this kit use a matte diffuser that distributes the light very evenly. However, what I can't avoid is the lack of brightness when set to a light color like white. All other RGB elements are white, light and very light in my case. White. However, the LEDs in this kit do not match the brightness of my other devices. It is almost off-white in color and has a cold spot on top of that. So I settled on more forgiving colors that seem to blend much better, synced them to Razer Chroma and used a fire effect for my Dark Souls campfire theme.
