Sturdy, modern, pain in the arse to install.
This is the perfect barn door if you have limited overhead room. Its not easy to install. It takes a little thinking outside the box. Two contractors wouldn't attempt it. My engineer, tinkering brother-in-law and I installed it. Don't trust the destructions. Yes, destructions because that might as well be what you do with them.
