At first it seemed like too much ribbon was being used. But in reality it's not that much. The font and spacing can be adjusted depending on the amount of ribbon used. For best results, read the included instructions. It has a neat little feature that lets you print multiple labels if you need more than one identical label. Labels are printed quickly. Removing the backing on the label web is sometimes difficult. The back has horizontal cuts so you only need a slight bend and you can usually snap a corner to remove the back. Nice block and storage case. I would recommend it to friends.
