Measure carefully - 5 inch minimum
Lights seemed well made. My can lights are 6" outer diameter and about 5" inner diameter. It turns out these will not fit because my "about 5" inner diameter can is actually more like 4 7/8". This light needs an inner diameter minimum of 5 inches to fit up into the can because the mounting ears are 5 inches apart and stick up into the can. I am giving this 4 stars because they really could have made them fit a "5 inch" can. My mistake and since I waited too long to install them, my return window expired. My mistake that hopefully can save someone else from making one.
- Easy installation, updates room look easily, love that there are three light settings.
- Screws and hardware are low quality
