After a day of use at home and in the car I noticed that the magnet backing was hardly ever used. Constantly slipping on my old magneto mounts and dropping my Apple wallet many times. I just managed to remove the plastic backing to reveal the real back of the iPhone and this case is way better in my opinion. The Apple Wallet now sticks better to the back and the magnets are more accessible for Magsafe charging and other uses. Great case but wish the back was optional/easier to remove. To remove the clear back of the case I had to apply a heat gun to it to get the rest, then use a lot of force and tilt to get the rest, but I was able to remove it completely, exposing the back of the iPhone again.
