Good. You're going to need a little intellectual effort to make this thing work, surprisingly judging by the reviews. It's a button and a switch. The light is a flashlight, "I" is low power (for your dog) and "II" is high power (for other dogs). It doesn't work on your neighbor's dog. This is when random dogs attack you and you can point an item at them. It's not magic. Watch some YouTube videos or whatever to see how dog training works. If you have any idea about dog behavior, then this product is most likely for you. Technically this won't work for all dogs, but there are probably other factors I suspect. 3 year old mixed breed (Husky, Staffy and others) certified by CGC. It affected her almost immediately. A small persistent problem with resource protection has been almost completely fixed. I've never had anything, including expensive treats, that worked this well, this quickly, or this consistently. Used it for a week or two and only had to use it a couple of times. She doesn't seem to be in pain. Just an embarrassed look, but serves to divert their attention from the behavior being corrected. I've tried real dog whistle and dog whistle apps, she can't hear anything but it worked right away the first time and all the behavior fixes went much smoother with or without this device. Best $12 I've ever spent.
