Not what I expected.

First I waited more than a month to receive the hat, I opened the box and the hat was squeezed, could not take shape and was full of HAIR! IT'S DISGUSTING! COULD AT LEAST TAKE HAIR BEFORE BOXING.!😡😤 I don't want to wear that now. I spent my money because I'm sure I can't get a refund as it's been over a month since the date of purchase. very disappointed.
