Review on TCL Cellphone Smartphone Quad Camera Octa Core by Julian Locklear

Everything looked fine on mobile. But when I tried to contact support to help me get started (I'm 76) I had trouble finding a number for them. They only included a quick start guide, which was vague in the box. The cover they put in the box is plastic and only fits the back of the phone. The front remains unprotected. The worst thing was that absolutely no one makes a protective case for the TCL 20 SE that I bought. I've tried Revain, I Blason and all over the internet and couldn't find any. It turned out to be a nightmare which is why I sent it back. If there was a rating below 1 star I would use it. I really can't rate the next few things: face recognition, fingerprint reader, or battery life because I've never been able to get customer support to set it up.
