The ease in which you can create forms for your sales associates that are easy enough so they don't loose them or forget about their job duties! That's always been one thing I disliked most when it comes down tot he paperwork side - this will alleviate 99% at least if not more than 100%. Not anything specific per se but just something we've found as an issue over our years using FRED; however nothing major has come up yet aside form some minor bugs here n there being addressed by support team (which have since gone resolved). If creating custom reports isn't already included then sure go ahead add those too because its extremely useful especially once they get used t othe extent where users start making requests/suggestions regarding what needs done next etc., also adding additional fields like price points would be great additions along these lines. We use multiple different platforms.
