After reading many reviews I decided to give this product a try. Another reviewer said it works great with wooden blinds and since I tried cleaning them I was pretty much sold out. This is a pretty cool tool that really cuts down on cleaning time. As I said, I worked with wooden blinds. Based on the design, I don't think it will work well with the thinner plastic blinds that many homes have, but I'll admit I haven't really tried it. If I had to decide on a complaint, it would be the cost of replacing the fabric cover. The tool itself actually has a fairly small surface area so if there is a lot of dust and/or a lot of shutters it will get dirty very quickly, affecting its ability to clean. For the price of replacement caps, you can just buy a new tool. I'll try throwing my case in the washing machine and see if that works to revive it.
