I have a helix piercing that I finally decided to change the jewelry in after five years.so I thought this pack for the $ was a good thing to try them out. I love the hoop, the sparkly row, and the crown looking one the best. They are easy to put in and remove. Downside is the post is too long and my hair can get stuck in it. The twisty hoop with the sparkly balls is cool but impossible for me to screw in myself. I had to have my husband do it. I can't comment on metal quality as I only wear them for one day at a time and take them out at night. So far no irritation though it has seemed like possibly made my hole smaller because when i put back in my original post it was harder to go in. Overall, would recommend for some nice variety. Gotten compliments on the sparkly crown one.
