My husband and I built a four cup machine using these motors. From day 1 we had problems. They stop spinning midway through the mug making process, which costs us money due to spoiled inventory. Because of this, I went back to using my one-cup machine. I have a large order now and I tried again. Still not working properly, my husband took everything apart and told me 3/4 of the motors were outdated and the gears were disassembled. I have used these motors maybe 4 times since purchase. If I had bought them not too long ago I would definitely give them back for my money.
