Review on ELLO&ALLO Oil Rubbed Bronze Swivel Towel Rack with Hooks - 4-Arm Wall Mounted Towel Bar for Bathroom by Paul Stephenson

Bought for a towel that needs to be pulled out of the wall for better access to a spot where it's not clear where the towel goes on the stand. Love that I chose this one and it's nice that there is room for more towels as well as hooks. The only thing I had trouble with was the screw caps. You don't stay. My contractor installed this and I can't tell if he should use other screws so the covers hold up better, but they sit there for a second and if anything pushes they just fall off. He has no upper limit. He actually put them on top of something else I asked him to install, but I know they came with this item. They are cute and will look good once I figure out how to put them on so they don't fall off. I hate gluing them but I may have to.
