Review on RAPID by Aaron Lewis

I like that it is very easy to use, we can create new patients with just one click! The layout of our system could be better for some functions but this product was so user friendly everything worked wonderfully!! It does not have any downsides other than you need an account number which takes up space in your patient file folder otherwise there are no problems at all using Rapid as part owner or manager. We really enjoy having access from anywhere without needing internet service since most providers do charge by usage limits (we pay monthly), also being able find previous orders within minutes makes billing much easier. ! This has saved us time when entering information about services performed etc., plus if something needs adjusting such as medication dosages they notify me immediately instead waiting days/months until receiving phone calls asking questions regarding billings issues. . !! Highly recommend rapid practice software. !! Perfect solution especially during busy times where staff may forget what medications were provided due date changes ect..etc....also saves paper filing.
