We searched many places and finally decided to take a chance. The service was exceptional.the covering on the first seat was marred when we opened the box. We'd purchased four and decided to check them all out before doing anything about it. The others were perfect. We called the number on the insert sheet and were immediately taken care of. Within about 3 days, we had a replacement. Great stools.great company!
