The Inlingo team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The tools are easy to use and they make suggestions that are easy to implement. The translation is accurate and the team is always receptive to suggestions and ideas. Sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of a person at Inlingo. It is best to have a phone call or a meeting in person to get a better understanding of how to use the tool. I have used Inlingo for my game and it has been a huge success. It has made the process of localization easy and the final product has been translated very accurately. I have not had any issues with the translation. The translation quality of this service was really great, they delivered everything I asked for within 24 hours (which can be sometimes hard to get in some countries). They are also very flexible regarding our budget which is exactly what we want as it gives us more control over the project. Sometimes it's not that easy to find freelancers who can provide translations quickly but Inlingo did that! No issues at all. We're translating from English into Italian so there weren't many things to worry about.
