I've only used this once before to fill the diff with fluid but it worked like clockwork. That's 2 1/2 gallons, which is perfect for a transmission oil change. It's a lot easier than the little hand pumps, which are pretty inconvenient when you're under a car and one of the hoses is in a bottle you're pumping from that ends away from the car when you're under it. You hope that you don't pull too hard on the pump or hose and spill liquid on the floor by pulling on the oil bottle with the hose in it. With this bottle it will never cross your mind. Pump it up, say, 20# of pressure, and it'll get the job done. Nothing is bleeding under the car. Just insert the hooked aluminum tube into the hole and turn the lever.
