I bought this device in March when I started streaming as a hobby. I wanted a small display that could handle flow controls so I could edit it more in real time and it works really well. Considering the modest price, I was really surprised at how good the picture was. Unfortunately, after a few months of rather boring use, the display malfunctioned; Surrounding the outside of the display was a rectangular ghost. I figured maybe it was just some kind of burnout from leaving it on for too long, so I ignored it. But it kept getting worse and in the end I decided it was too much damage to the display, which was only used occasionally and regularly for about four months, so I contacted the manufacturer. They apologized for the problem, explained it. QA issue and I was sent a replacement straight away and also returned the unit so they could (probably anyway) figure out what went wrong and prevent it from evolving. The replacement is just as good as the first one, I would even say the picture is a little better so hopefully it will last. Definitely I would recommend a company that sometimes puts out a bad product compared to others if that company has proven to me that they take after sales support seriously. Thanks Elekrow, we will do business again.
