I definitely recommend these bottles if you are looking for glass bottles. They are of excellent quality. The glass is thick and heat resistant. I mean, it's made out of "medical grade borosilicate glass (Pyrex)"! I filled mine with hot water/tea and had no problems. Ice liquid is also not a problem. Easy to open lid and no leaks. The silicone sleeve is a plus as it provides extra protection when carrying the bottle with you. No weird smell, no weird taste. I thought I'd try one, but I liked it so much I had to order two more. I will definitely buy more if the need arises.
