In-house, single point of contact with multiple locations in the organization (not just IT). Automation across teams including Accounts Payable, Finance, Sales, Marketing; real time inventory visibility across both online channels and mobile devices. Ability to create custom reports without any coding skills needed. A little tricky at first but once it's set up right they don't change as much anymore. Ability to have one person keep track of many different sites/brands/accounts through their own dashboard.
