Work hard or work what?

I’m new to squatting, olympic bar hurts my neck and shoulder. Work hard or work smart right? With this protective foam you will work even harder because it is so comfortable, now that’s smart.

Pros
  • I use this pad for hip thrust and the pas is thick and does not squish down. Seems durable
Cons
  • The pad could cause irritation or chafing
