Review on Performance Tool W38414 6 Point Socket by Dwayne Calhoun

I bought this to replace spark plugs but found it was missing the inner rubber piece to grab the actual spark plug and remove it from the engine block. If you use this to remove a spark plug, the spark plug will remain in the engine block and fitting a new one with this plug is not possible as the plug will fall out. I contacted the seller to request a replacement bushing in case my bushing was somehow missing a piece of rubber and it was defective, but they told me the bushing should be like this. They give me a full refund but the product is terrible. A+ for customer service, F- for product and a waste of time.
