I had high hopes for shopping for clothes and jewels at CHARTOU's website, but I was very disappointed. The website's design was muddled, with too many options and too long a startup time making it frustrating to use. When I did find something I enjoyed, the low quality was a letdown. The clothes and jewels appeared to be of poor quality and were different from their online representations. The sneakers didn't even fit properly or comfortably. The situation was made much worse by the unhelpful and unresponsive nature of customer support. Despite my repeated attempts to contact you, you have not responded to my inquiries about the status of my purchase. In sum, I was very dissatisfied with CHARTOU.
