Great product, just be smart!
If you're complaining about breakdowns, you probably haven't thought of a few simple factors. 1. Lower the oven shelf. Don't put it on top or in the middle. You don't need a plastic window a few inches from the heating element. 2. Put it on a baking sheet. This removes the direct heat from the lower heating element. 3. Set it to 250 degrees and everything will be fine.
