I've been using RAM MOUNTS for years. The best phone holder on the market. The only criticism is that the suction cup mount needs to be reworked a bit. (1) The suction cup itself does not hold well. It doesn't take a major blow to break a seal on a windshield or mounting plate and your phones will fall off. (2) The screw holes on the suction cup mount will eventually shed the weight of the phone and connectors and loosen the screws. Which causes him to fail in the end. I've had 3 of them over the years and they've all made it. A small amount of JB WELD in the holes will help secure the screws better. A machine-threaded metal bushing would be a nice upgrade. Overall I am satisfied with the Ram Mount products. I recommend them.
