I started at 5 stars and am now down to 2 stars. Read on!Item was delivered with with all necessary parts, including the mounting sleeve. No instructions, but there are several YouTube videos out there with step-by-step installation tips. I set the pole in concrete and completed the job in a couple of hours, including digging the hole. The pole telescopes and locks in place with a simple twist. I would have given 5 stars but the flag is very thin and cheap. Some of the red stripe bled over onto the white stars where they were folded against each other making the stars a little pink. I have had this type of flag before and it probably won’t last a year. I will use my current heavier flag with embroidered stars. Ok it’s been up for two days and I went out to add a second flag. One section won’t unlock and two more don’t lock real tight. Windy day so we’ll see if it collapses overnight. More to follow. That and the poor quality flag resulted in the three star rating. I’ll let you know. Well, WeValor never answered their customer service email but after going through ebay, they answered within two days. They were very apologetic and said a new pole would be sent. Got the new pole in three days, with instructions this time, great. Well this pole has a section that is locked so tight I can’t extend it. Consider a different style and company. Not sure what my next step is but I’m done with them. Should have gone with American made. My guess is that some of the higher ratings haven’t had to raise or lower their pole so they don’t know this is going to happen. Only reason for two stars is ease of install, looks nice and they sent me a replacement, even though it was defective also.
