Okay, somehow some sensors made for China ended up in the US market. Attempting to use them results in a -6 area code error, which Autel support says means they're not intended for use outside of China. They absolutely do not work in the US or Canada or anywhere outside of China. Trust me I tried everything to get it working. Therefore, check the serial number of your sensor. At least I think it's the serial number. Example: C7727L3J9C001541 This number does NOT work in the US. The fourth digit from the left is 2, and 2 is China. IF the 4th digit from the left is 0 (zero) then this is for the North American market and will work in the US.
