Review on 🐷 Charcoal Emile Henry Salt Pig by Tracy Thrash

I used to have several different salt pigs and loved their functionality and ease of use. My last one was in the egg shape by Nigella Lawson (http://www.amazon.com/BlissHome-Nigella-Lawsons-Living-Kitchen/dp/B00200JQP8) which was the color I wanted and looked great on the counter . But it capsized easily and died prematurely when my Kitchen Aid mixer vibrated too much, causing it to float over the edge of the countertop. I wanted to reorder but it was in reserve so I decided to give it a try. I like the design more and it seems much stronger (never felt like it would tip over). I wish it was a bit larger (a man's hand might not fit as easily) and available in black, but the slate color (somewhere between charcoal and dark gray) is attractive and keeps my salt MUCH drier than any other salt hog I've had, so that's a big one Plus! Overall I am very happy with it and would purchase other Emile Henri items based on this purchase.
