If I could give ZERO stars I would because this POS doesn't cost a penny (not to mention the $73.00 I paid for it). Here's a summary of what I found wrong * CONFUSED AND COMPLICATED setup * User manual shows ONLY ANDROID & NINTENDO SWITCH setup configuration (NOT XBOX OR PS4) * DO NOT connect connectors to microphone element (which in itself is a joke as it's more like a regular Bluetooth device looks like a real microphone element). would expect from a headset) * TOO MANY CABLES (The controller setup requires ONLY ONE cable to connect the headset to the controller, NOT the FOUR cables that came with this unit (I have the OneAudio A2 Bluetooth headset from Bought Revain and I've been NOTHING BUT HAPPY with it (all I need to use it with my Xbox controller is a new cable to replace the old one that's worn out shen (the headset itself still works) By all accounts case, I WILL issue a credit refund to the account Meanwhile, if you are looking for a bluetooth headset - GO!Trust me, your sanity will be saved
