Wow! Do I sleep well now!

First couple nights were an adjustment. I am grieving the loss of a child since April of 2018 and it has made my nights miserable. I don't want to do prescription sleep aids and most over the counter might help some but seldom do I sleep more than 4 hours and am lucky if I can go back to sleep. I had read some reviews about these and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! Now I am sleeping through the night most nights - and if I do wake up I have been able to get right back to sleep! I never thought something as simple as a weighted blanket could help so much!
