I bought this for my husband who was suffering from pain in his legs and achilles tendon. it works wonders! It stays charged for a very long time (already 2 weeks with almost daily use) and the heart rate options are amazing. I was researching which one to buy because honestly I had no idea but knowing that I don't know they want to spend a ton of money because hey people use things only once and decide to forget about them. But he loves it so much he uses it almost every day (hooray, me!) and his soreness after a 20 mile run has greatly reduced. Yes folks, that's a good choice. Good price! I think it's nice to use, but I don't know how he would swallow it.
