I am very upset that the item broke when taken out of the box. It was a birthday present for my grandson. I would have returned it if he hadn't let me since the last day was yesterday. I have to order again. I would be very happy if I could send the defective item back in exchange for a new one. His mom just opened a box for us at the water park and it was broken.
