Good compression bandage on the ankle!
It takes a little thinking to understand how to properly bandage your ankle. But my ankle felt so much better, it's comfortable and supportive. I am very happy that I bought it and I use it every day. (I have plates and screws in my ankle due to a bad fracture, but the support I get from the brace helps!)
