Attractive advertising, good arch and heel support made these sandals an expensive fashion item for young suburbanites who prefer outdoor activities. But the stiff outsole and one-piece lacing from arch to toe means the laces slowly tighten and pinch your toes as you walk. The wearer should stop and adjust the laces about every 15 minutes for relief. A really bad investment!
