Review on Ultimate Performance: CRUA 2560X1440P Borderless Mountable 23.8" Frameless IPS Monitor by Lamont Grant

Revainrating 5 out of 5

So far, so good. in my rating

Overall it's a good deal for the price, I've been using it for about a week in conjunction with a Mac Mini M1 which works 24/7. It wakes up fairly quickly, there are no dead pixels on arrival, the color profile may need to be adjusted manually, but I'm fine with that (I'm not a designer, photographer, video editor, or any other graphic artist). I use it mostly for web browsing and a little bit of programming. I also don't run games on this computer. I installed this monitor on a dual base, did the holes in the plastic frame line up somewhat with the holes in the inner metal? frame, so I had to strain to help the screws screw in. Haven't used the base but I don't look or feel very stable. The adapter gets very hot when the monitor is on. Especially when using HDR (which the Mac Mini in Monterey supports by default). The QHD resolution (2560 x 1440) is significantly better than my previous monitor (24 inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080). that's a good deal.
