Excellent battery performance.

After a few weeks of using the LG Gram I can confidently say this is the best laptop I have ever owned. I have owned many laptops for decades and have had desktop PCs that I built myself. I've found that most laptops I buy tend to choke on battery power as they want to extend battery life. LG Gram is not such a laptop. The Gram runs great on battery power, with multiple tabs open and videos this laptop runs smoothly for many, many hours without stuttering. I watched 70% of the show's entire 24-episode season and the battery lasted 40%. That thing is an absolute beast. It also doesn't make any noticeable noises. In terms of graphics performance, this laptop can stream HD videos and play Minecraft at 60+ fps on default settings. The battery works very well and it can be a good lightweight gaming laptop for on the go. The laptop also lives up to its name and is incredibly light. This leaves the keyboard and screen somewhat flexible, but it doesn't feel cheap at all, and it doesn't detract from the typing experience. The keyboard itself is solid and the keys are responsive. I bought this laptop on sale for $1,349 but I would happily pay $1,500 for one unit. One downside is that it doesn't have a 2k or 4k display, but I honestly prefer a 1920x1200 display as the PPI is comparable to my 32-inch 2k display. The 1920 x 1200 resolution is also an advantage as it helps extend battery life. IO on such a thin laptop is an incredible feat as even thicker laptops don't have as much flexibility in terms of ports. TLDR, this is the best laptop I've ever owned. hands down It's clear that LG's engineers put a lot of thought into this laptop and really wanted to make a premium product. I contend that this laptop is a better Windows 10 laptop than the Surface line.
