Great Results best in my review

This product works very well on strengthening abdominal muscles. I use this product on my abs 1-2 times a day and have noticed a major improvement in the strength of my stomach. I use the body pads on my calves and have also noticed a difference in their strength and size. I did have a problem with one of the flex body pads, but customer service was extremely helpful. Overall great product and customer service! Would recommend!
