Works great but every dispenser I've bought online WILL NOT FIT the top of the bottle. So in that respect they're all the same, but this one would be the best of them all for the price, but as it's made to allow you to put a jar or container on top of the device and you can't, it's useless. I can't stay where I am so I have to go back. I can keep the other one because it won't fall off, but it's not as useful as this one, even though it came with an adapter or mounting instructions. I'm pretty sure the water bottles supplied are standard size here in the US, so I don't understand
