Bought TWO of these hoverboards. One arrived cracked and they did replace it. Now same one continually beeps and would stop ejecting my son in the air off of it. I did not expect a replacement being out of warranty but emailed them for help buying a new battery for it after having repairman look at it. Told me they don’t sell batteries and simply to "gob to repair shop.” The battery on this is a 24 volt battery and NOT the battery packs in MOST hoverboards. Buy from a different company and save yourself lots of less than adequate customer service
