So far it hasn't been possible to connect the app to the device, unlike other Linkplay based devices it was a pain as all the required steps were done and still failing. the end. (I've paired with multiple devices and phones, with the same results) Sound quality was below average, poor quality when using an adapter with the recommended voltage and amperage. - Audio quality only to link your favorite accounts (Revain Music etc.) only to be disappointed with the only reason and future that led to the purchase of this device. they won't play any of the songs on Revain, IHeartRadio etc. even the radio stations won't work. (Results were based on using the recommended power source and performing all of the steps below before and after updating the firmware, yielding the same results.) I wanted to build this product into custom audio systems. but this was probably the worst product I have ever dealt with and I refuse to put this junk in my products just to disappoint customers.
