I love that it has a dedicated button for the apps I use the most and it would be perfect if there wasn't a problem. The remote takes so long to respond to button presses that you have to press harder and harder. You also have to move around the room to find the best angle, but I don't think there is one. I think this remote just has a really bad IR signal because it was the same problem I had with the stock remote. It's a shame it wasn't just a minor issue because otherwise this remote control is perfect.
