Review on Sigma 18 300Mm F3 5 6 3 Contemporary Macro by Aditya ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

The lens is good precisely for its versatility. All other characteristics are subject to compromises, but at the same time they are pulled out to a solid four. The quality of the picture, of course, cannot be compared with the top fixes, but somewhere on a walk, when you don’t know in advance what interesting things will come across - an irreplaceable thing - you can shoot a landscape and a bird on a branch. He works for me as a staff member, most of all I shoot with him. I use with Canon EOS 77D.

Pros
  • Focal range, of course. Excellent stabilizer. Quite acceptable sharpness for a universal zoom. Compact size when folded, there is a latch. The front lens does not rotate. Blend included.
Cons
  • Inconvenient manual focus, no manual focus adjustment. Sometimes it misses, and in general the sharpness is not ideal. Aperture 6.3 at the far end.
