I have neck and back pain
I got this pillow from a pre-opened Amazon specialty store so it had no indication. So maybe I'm not sleeping properly on it. but my neck and back hurt more than before when I woke up. The pillow is incredibly hard and it takes forever for me to fall asleep as I am constantly adjusting and trying to position my ear in the right place. It came with cotton to adjust but I don't know what and how to adjust. any advice?
